[Greasemonkey] New patched greasemonkey for Firefox 1.5 beta 2

Hi all,

It seems a lot of people have been having trouble with GM 0.6.2 on FF
1.5 beta 2.  I haven't found the root cause of the problem,  however it
seems likely that this is a firefox bug (probably related to
XPCNativeWrappers). 
Thankfully, it's simple to avoid the code that causes the bug and the
attached patch and new (highly unofficial) 0.6.2.1 release seem to solve
the problem for me (at least as far as greasemonkey is concerned), your
mileage may vary.  Please report any problems to me or on this list.
