Sounds like XmlHttpRequest doesn't support it natively then... I think
this would be more useful to support directly in Firefox than for
Greasemonkey though (not that many user scripts use XHR).

I'll probably test an Apache and an IIS to do a quick check. Probably
not different versions though.
