I follow the burning edge and remember seeing it there at some point,
so I just did a search for "onbeforeunload site:squarefree.com" [1].
Jesse doesn't report every single bug.. usually just the more
interesting ones. If you want a full source checkin search, you can
check out bonsai. For example, here's "Gecko 1.8 branch checkins
between 2005-10-03 06:00 and 2005-10-04 18:05" [2] (from the burning
edge).
