[Greasemonkey] Changes in CVS

I'd prefer not until it's official. Haivng to build it seems like a
good way to drive home the point that this is not for general use :-)

That said, you no longer have to build deer park extensions during
development. Put a file called greasemonkey at youngpup.net in your
profile's extensions directory. Inside this file, put the path to src/
in the greasemonkey checkout.
