[Greasemonkey] Three small Greasemonkey usability feature requests

Hi!

I'd like to file three feature requests for upcoming releases
(-- in order of importance):

First, I would prefer left clicking the Greasemonkey icon to
toggle its enabledness, right clicking to bring up the menu.

Second, I would want double (left) clicking this same icon
to bring up the "Manage user scripts" dialog.

Third, I would like the menu to only list scripts that apply
to the current site (enabled or not).

(The rest of this mail is background to the above, which
can safely be skipped, unless you are curious about why
someone would ever want this.)

The list of all installed greasemonkey scripts quickly gets
unwieldy when it fills the screen, making me have to scroll
for a while to find the the two things there I want to find in
nine cases of ten, or probably even more -- "Manage user
scripts" and "Enabled", both at the far bottom. (For some
reason, the popup menu lists all items at the top whereas
you have to scroll to find the items at the bottom closest
to the icon. Changing that behaviour might also be a good
idea, but not by far as much as the above wishlist entries.)

Presently, I also find it difficult to know which scripts have
been applied to the current page, and which ones I have
disabled that /could/ have been applied, if I so wanted.

And thanks again for an /immensely/ useful extension!
