If you don't know, then the answer is no.  Everyone who contributed
had to sign paperwork and other painful lawyerly things; you would
probably remember.  Contributors will be getting their complimentary
copies in the mail, er, "real soon now."  (I don't actually send them
out, O'Reilly does, and they are allegedly quite efficient at it.)
