I think Why may be glossing over the fact that the snips of HTML in
the four places may very well contain javascript which can manipulate
the DOM in all the ways that GM can (more actually, since GM never did
get to have early injection).
So in that way, it really is like GM enterprise edition.
On the other hand, so long as you're on the server, you may as well
provide more powerful functionality like server-side DOM manipulation.
No reason to limit yourself artificially.
