your gm_scripts directory? I put this is every profile folder I could find that had something to do with FF. C:\FireFox\defaults\profile   and   D:\FireFox 15 Beta 1\extensions\{972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd}     and    D:\FireFox 15 Beta 1\defaults\profile

Chris, thanks for the response, but biteman's saying he already did
those steps and is still having the trouble.

biteman, what platform are you on?  Can you give me the path to your
profile directory, your GM directory, and your gm_scripts directory?

Also, if applicable, the permissions on those folders.
