[Greasemonkey] Split the mailing list in to users and developers?

Aren't there three audiences? Users (those who don't code), Users
(those that do code the scripts but don't follow the internals) and
Developers (those that work directly on the GM itselt?)

Or would the traffic for Coding-users and developers be low enough to
be just one list?
