[Greasemonkey] a difference in vision

Yeah, I hate this because it hoses your entire browser environment. Maybe
it's just me but I have a zillion tabs open all the time and I don't want to
lose them. Last time I tried it, Reload All Chrome killed everything, all
tabs, all windows.

I see Firefox as the OS paradigm of the future. Even if you don't agree with
this, it is a pretty useful for browsing the web. So a developer tool has to
play nice with the rest of the environment. You couldn't ask a Visual Studio
programmer to close every application in Windows every time they want to
develop something.

My idea was to have the development environment (including editor) hosted
inside Firefox so every time you change a file, the cache is updated
automatically.
