[Greasemonkey] add prefetch attributes

Wow, Live HTTP Headers is great (and I found out that every time I
start my browser, it refreshes my live bookmarks which I didn't even
remember I had - so bonus).

OK, here's my findings so far:
Using GM_xml...
seems to work as far as going to retrieve the page, but doesn't seem
to speed up the actual "continue" click - could "Pragma: no-cache"
have something to do with it?

changing rel="prefetch" on the links doesn't seem to do anything, as
we suspected.

Thanks everyone for your help - awesome stuff.
