[Greasemonkey] 0.3.4 released

I felt bad about not getting the trunk fix done in time last night, so I 
included some small enhancements here and there.
    *  Bug 9808: Change @include and @exclude behavior to handle 
international TLDs. You can now use things like //@include google.tld/* 
to match .co.uk, .com, etc. in one shot.
    * Bug 10198: Enhance GM_log to provide multiple levels.
    * Bug 10090: Enhance GM_registerMenuCommand. It now supports 
shortcut keys.
    * Bug 10180: Fixed a couple bugs so Greasemonkey now works in the 
latest trunk builds.

I've updated the "Writing User Scripts" page to reflect the additions.
