Wow, that turned out to be harder than I expected.
Attached, is an XPI for a greasemonkey that adds an GM_xmlhttpRequest
to the window object. Also there's a user script which demonstrates
how it works and the patch file I'll use to submit it (the patch also
has Prakash's latest patch in it).
