[Greasemonkey] Bill is right - we need a forum

The list is searchable [1], and none of the forum packages beat Gmail.
It is also available in NNTP [2] and blog format [3].

I'm all for adding a forum "mode," like Google Groups [4] does, but
let's not replace the list with one of those bloated forums.
