[Greasemonkey] Turnabout (user scripts for IE) available for download

The Turnabout items didn't show up. This was just in one IE window,
the others were fine. And I tried all manner of opening new windows
and clicking around to duplicate it to no avail. Will let you know if
it happens again and I can figure out the repro.
