[Greasemonkey] Cannot use GreaseMonkey :-(

Yes. The context item becomes available when the URL pointed to by
the link ends in ".user.js", which all user scripts should do.

So are you sure it's a link to a user script, as the page specifies?

Hmm. The full sentence there is "Or, you can select the same option
under the tools menu while viewing the contents of a user script
file."
Note that it's _"while viewing the contents of a user script file"_.
That sentence says the same thing I did.
