[Greasemonkey] 0.4.2 - last call before open beta

0.4.2 is extremely similar to 0.4.1. The primary differnece is that I
fixed the migration code. There is a two-line difference in scoping of
edge cases which aflicts a tiny percentage of user scripts on Deer
Park only -- which people probably already need to update their user
scripts to support.

Am I missing something?
