[Greasemonkey] 0.6.4, Firefox 1.5 and the Google Toolbar

Not that I properly understand scopes (and I'd apperciate very much a good pointer), or that I have checked the Google Toolbar code, but, according to a comment on http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/weirdal/archives/008101.html 
if loadSubScript is not supplied a second parameter, the global scope is used. Could it then be possible that Config is accidentally deleted by the Google Toolbar code?
