[Greasemonkey] FF1.5/GM0.6.4 can't install scripts

I had originally installed 0.6.4 with no problem but several scripts
were acting strangely so I removed all user scripts and then uninstalled
GM. Reinstalling seemed fine but every time I try to install a script I
get the following:

Windows XP SP2, Firefox 1.5, Greasemonkey 0.6.4

Any ideas/fixes/suggestions as to what I can do to fix this? I currently
have no scripts installed as a result of this problem.
