I did look into this, but I wasn't able to reproduce the problem 
consistently enough to come to any firm conclusion. Obviously the 
component defined in greasemonkey.js isn't able to access the code in 
config.js. I suspect that the problem is due either to a) config.js 
having some sort of syntax error (but only under specific circumstances) 
or b) the script loader not wanting to load it. Of these, a) seems much 
more likely to me. The problem only seems to occur when the Google 
Toolbar is used, and only once in a while even then. I wasn't able to 
get it to happen ever when the OS console is turned on (something 
Heisenbergian going on). I examined config.js but couldn't see anything 
obvious that would cause the interpreter to gag under some special 
circumstances.
