[Greasemonkey] create user defined fields on webpage

Hello All!
 
I use FogBugz and would like to track time involved on a bug.  Can I use
greasemonkey to add a user defined field on the website so that a user
can enter time when entering notes about the bug?  I would also need to
insert this into the MS SQL database along with the the bug.
