[Greasemonkey] Control over metadata include/exclude regular expressions

The only "problem" I have with it is that slash as
first character could be part of a "simple regex".
Even beginning and ending slashes could be a
simple regex. And/or with trailing "iT", etc.

So, how do you tell which is which?

The coding would be fairly insignificant.

Example: @exclude /thisdirectory/

Which I think is a valid format that someone might
want to use, right?
