[Greasemonkey] 0.6.4: dogfood bug in "Install this script" pop-down

Just something I noticed the other night -- if you visit a *.user.js
file, and for some reason the file fails to load (connection reset,
404, and so on), you still get the pop-down offering a greeting
and to install the script. Pretending we don't exist might be the
better option. :-)
