[Greasemonkey] modifying http headers

My extension - tamperdata.mozdev.org - can modify outgoing headers.  The same
sort of code should be able to modify response headers, though the
point where the observer service hooks in may be too late.

Also look at the modifyheaders extension, also hosted on mozdev.
