[Greasemonkey] "Invalid document, could not get global object" error?

One more thing:

I added a URL dump to see where the doc content was actually coming from and I
did not see any "<HTML><HEAD/></HTML>" entries in the log for the page of that
URL before the "Error: Invalid state. Should have had a progress event and
snarfed a sandbox ctor by now." error showed up.  

I'm not sure what exactly is happening, but it seems the page isn't being
processed correctly sometimes.
