[Greasemonkey] cr & lf not rendered in tooltips

This code causes the tooltip to display the hexdigits 'oeoa' 
rather than actually render a cr and lf.

I am too ignorant to know if Firefox needs something set 
correctly or if the code above is wrong.  I have never noticed a 
multi-line tooltip before.  Is there a greasemonkey script to fix 
this?
