[Greasemonkey] GM presentation

Really good presentation.  I hope there will be a link to the final version
on the wiki. Seems there will be a lot of reworking of old scripts to make
them work with the new GM.

Second slide

"Add links to competitors" "Modify affiliate links" really could be combined
under "integration" or "data integration".
