[Greasemonkey] Greasemonkeyed.com, userscript.org, forums, source code, and the future of our community

Wow... I go to sleep for 8 hours and this happens :)

GM'd is under SVN, but we need to remove a couple of files from it -
we stupidly imported all of the site, which included the log files,
which includes passwords in it. SVN doesn't have a built in way to
remove all traces of files

http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html#removal

Once this is done, we have TRACS ready and waiting for contributions!

I love the idea of allowing others to tweaks scripts. I would guess
that we need to respect the copyright of the initial author, but most
authors probably won't mind changes.

We built the comment system so that it can become one component of a
forum for GMed. (each script automatically becomes a topic ...)

I am going to rush to work and start the process of sanatizing the svn
(removing password files) and give an email here asap.

BTW, as I agreed with Simon (who did us.o) the source will be BSD.

Jesse
