[Gmailskins] Footer: Possible Bug & Feature Request

Possible bug: when clicking on "Insert simley", the smiley toolbar is shown,
and the "Send/Save Now/Discard" buttons move onto the GMail suggestions that
appear at the footer. This is automatically solved when the "Draft autosaved
at..." message is displayed.

Feature request: It would be nice to hide the footer (useless most of the
time), but keeping visible the "You are currently using XXX MB (PP%) of your
MMMM MB" text.
