[Gmailskins] Gmailskins no longer shows under settings

I have been using gmailskins since it came out and have had no problems
until today. I decided I wanted to change the skin (I have done this several
times). When I went to settings, the tab for gmailskins was not there. I
tried refreshing gmailskins like you said to do. I uninstalled it and then
reinstalled it but the tab didn't show up. It does show under labels as
gmskin:lime,1,1,0,0,1,0,1. Can you help me figure out why the option under
settings no longer shows up. I have restarted Firefox and refreshed gmail
several times. Thanks Thom
