[Gemstone] Gemstone slow running

Hi,

I have installed GEMSTONE and have started to run it for pqr and APBS
electrostatics purposes.   I have been unable to get it to function as of
yet.I  t begins processing normally but runs for a long time without ever
finishing.  Is this normal?   What is the typical run time for a pqr
calculation for example? I have tried different files with different
proteins yielding the same results.Any information is appreciated.
