Hi Fergal,

Yeah we spotted the MySQL errors. According to our man with the knowledge
the site traffic has been crazy since the
1.0 release so it could have choked the database.

The translation issues will be taken care of, thanks for posting those.

And yes, this is the right place for any discussion relating to Firefox as
Gaeilge.


The locale switcher IS very good isn't it! Makes the whole process so
simple.

The list page (http://gaeilge.mozdev.org/list.html) is returning php/mysql
errors:


Warning: mysql_select_db() [function.mysql-select-db]: Access denied for
user: 'petejc at localhost' (Using password: NO) in
/mozdev/sandbox/data/helm/htdoc/php/include/connect.h on line 10

(you probably have fixed it by the time you read this but just though I'd
mention it)

The locale switcher makes this very easy to switch between
English/Gaeilge....

Are the strings within the installer
(http://gaeilge.mozdev.org/installation.html) meant to be 'as Gaeilge' only

they weren't for me... (Win 2003)

Also when a page with an out of date/invalid cert is encountered most of
the
warning is in English - perhaps however this error is being returned from
the webserver...

Keep up the good work.

(Is this the correct location for general discussion as this - forgive me
if
it's not.)

There are now full installer builds available for Linux, Mac and Windows!

More details on the re-vamped Install page:

If you have some free time over the rest of the weekend, please hammer
away at one of the builds and reports any problems to the list. I'd
particularly like someone to test the Windows installer (.exe) to make
sure it goes smooth and that the strings are translated there.
