[Forcecontenttype] No effect after installing forceContentType

I've installed the jslib and forcecontent type and added the following 
filter:

URI regexp: http://.*rdf
Content-type regexp: .*
Replacement content-type: text/xml

But when I try to access for example http://huminf.uib.no/~jill/index.rdf,
I get the Mozilla dialogue asking me what I want to do about it because
it's still seeing it as application/rdf+xml.

Is there any ways to debug this to see what's going on (or not)? I'm
running Mozilla 1.4 on Windows XP and forceContentType 0.2.
