[Forcecontenttype] Finally, success...

Ryan,

It turns out that I never did get forcect to work for me.  It only
seemed to work because Mozilla 1.4 apparently now handles the
misconfigured web-app I was trying to use.  Technically, I suppose I
don't really know if forcect was working or not.  I do know that I don't
need it anymore (for now).  Thanks for the cool extension to Mozilla,
though!
