Thanks for a great bit of software, Ryan! Ryan, Actually, mozilla never segfaulted on me -- I just couldn't get the editor to work right as I kept getting various JavaScript errors in the console. Besides Redhat's build for RH9 (v1.2.1), I also tried their Rawhide build (v1.4RC1) and 1.2 on XP, with no luck -- just various JavaScript errors. Have you tried linky? Does it work for you? For ForceCT to work perfectly, there's a pending patch against mozilla that has to get approved by darin. The files get copied, but NOTHING gets registered, not even the basic info in Chrome.rdf. Sometimes the installer gives me a "chrome registration failed" message, other times it says the install was successful, but it never works regardless. I've tried installing it into a fresh profile and into the global chrome folder, both without any success. The extension won't function at all either because it does not create and overlays. I'm trying to install the XPI on Mozilla 1.6b, with JSlib installed, and it claims that the xpi installed successfully, yet after a browser restart no new options appear under Tools | Web Development. And what is 'linky's installer script'?? Works for me on linux and windows. Paradox wrote: >I'm trying to install ForceCT 0.3 into the 11/5/03 Firebird nightly and it just isn't working at all.
