To do this you can drag the Flashblock icon to your firefox toolbar 
(right click on the back button -> customize toolbar). If you click the 
icon, Flashblock is disabled until you click the icon again.

I don't know if this is possible. Once Flash starts, is there a way to 
stop it? More to the point, is there a way to stop it that can't be 
disabled by the web designer?
