[Flashblock] Flasblock Min/MaxVer

As per the Flock developer pages I've changed Flashblock's
setting to 0.4min/1.0max (checked in).

I've also bumped the maxver for Firefox to 3.0.* just in
case but haven't checked it in to the CVS yet. Lorenzo,
is this the correct setting for the trunk?

Gee, FF 2.0a1 just broke almost every bookmark and history
extension, and most search extensions too. And they are
planning to remove the code that implements the sidebar
too, which will break *all* sidebar extensions. Way to go.
