Another approach that could be used is simply try to communicate with 
the adblock whitelist code in the same way that we do, i.e. create a DOM 
event and have the adblock chrome reply with a "show" or "don't show" 
message.

In either case, this shouldn't be too difficult, it just needs someone 
willing do devote a few hours to coding it. :)
