[Flashblock] Deferring download of swf files

All recent and current versions of Flashblock block the download of
flash objects [1]. Only very old versions allowed flash to be
downloaded but not displayed.

[1] There is a 10ms delay before Flashblock kicks in for each object,
so some flash *may* *start* to download, but once Flashblock activates
all downloading stops.
