[Flashblock] Deferring download of swf files

Hi,

I'm new to FlashBlock, but it looks a very sick piece of work. Well
done.

I understand that with FlashBlock in place, Flash files are still
downloaded but not displayed unless requested. Has any thought been
given to skipping the download entirely, saving bandwidth and speeding
up delivery? Is this possible in a Firefox extension.
