You will probably have to reload a few times to see it.  We block it 
alright, but it's a big ad at the top of the screen that overlays the 
content.  The worst part?  If you remove it (using Nuke Anything), the 
iframe that it's contained in is still there.  If you then remove the 
iframe, the div that was contained in is still there.  Yuck!  I don't 
know that there's a good way around this, short of using AdBlock or 
something more painful to block the advertising provider.
