[Flashblock] Flashblock 1.5 released

Hi all,

I've just uploaded Flashblock 1.5 to AMO for approval. The code is 
sitting on my HD because mozdev CVS is down, but as soon as it comes 
back up I'll commit it and tag the release.

What's new:

- Much improved Flash blocking
- Flashblock toolbar button for easy whitelisting
- Many new locales
- Major code cleanups

Thanks to Phil for doing a lot of the hard work as always. :)
