[Flashblock] Flashblock 1.5 steps before release

I suggested you do it because I didn't know what to do. But if we really 
want to release now, you can tell me what to do and I'll do it. :)

In other news, upgrade tests were successful: I installed firefox 1.0.7 
with a clean profile, installed Flashblock 1.2.9, verified that it 
worked, then ran firefox ~1.5 with the same profile and installed 
flashblock ~1.5. After the restart, everything was fine: flashblock 
worked like a charm, and userContent.css was 0 bytes long.
