[Flashblock] Flashblock 1.5 steps before release

Hi all,

Here is the current state of affairs for the 1.5 branch:

- XBL has been refactored and works pretty well
   - Under Linux with Flash 7, nothing slips through
   - The placeholders should have the correct images
   - I don't know about Flash 8/Win: is what we have the best we can do?

- "Allow Flash from this site" in the toolbar button and in the context
menu now has a checkbox beside it and acts as a toggle

- All the locales that have been checked into the 1.5 branch seem to
work. At least, setting general.useragent.locale to the locale value
   and then going to chrome://flashblock/locale/flashblock.properties
gives me something that looks like the language in question.

- I am reworking the installation code now so that all it does is
remove the @import statement from userContent.css. We need to make
   sure this works for:
    - People who don't have Flashblock
    - People who have Flashblock <= 1.3.x with the userContent.css method
    - People who have Flashblock <= 1.3.x with the style sheet service

So, the todo items I can see are:

  - Figure out what to do about Flash 8
  - Test new installation code.

Any other things we need to do before we release? Phil, does anything
come to mind? For example, can we remove the Seamonkey toolbar code?

Cheers,
Lorenzo
