[Flashblock] Flashblock and Firefox 1.5

Lorenzo,

I've refactored the XBL in the Flashblock 1.5 branch and I'm getting
"this.block is not a function" errors in the js console. More
alarmingly an old problem has resurfaced: A flash object is blocked
and a placeholder appears, but an unblocked duplicate of the
flash object appears immediately below the flashblock placeholder.
I didn't remove the timeout so this is not the cause. Any ideas?
(I've checked in the version of the XBL I'm using into the 1.5
branch).

Flashblock 1.3.3 continues to work fine on RC2 and RC3.

Also I am testing with FF 1.5RC2 because RC3 has a regression in
the flashplayer 8 plugin handling bug which seems to interact
negatively with the "this.block" problem.

Also according to bzbarsky, the fix to the regression will not make
it into FF 1.5 final and is targeted at Gecko 1.8.0.1. So it looks
like we can't take out the hacks I made to workaround this bug.
