I would agree. In principle, I think that having:

[ ] Block Flash/Director/Authorware                     [ Exceptions ]

just under the Enable Java or Enable Javascript option in the Content 
tab of the Prefwindow would be more logical than having that same option 
in Tools->Extensions->Flashblock->Preferences (even though it might be 
harder for users to find, depending on whether they see Flashblock as a 
part of Firefox or as something external that is installed into firefox).

However, if this cannot be done in a particularly elegant way, I think 
it's best to stick to the current UI...
