Looks doable. One XUL overlay, a handful of icons, one skin css file;
and a bit of javascript. Now that I'm back in Malaysia[1] I'll see
what I can do.

[1] There was this strike in Heathrow. Fortunately I went via
Glasgow>Amsterdam>KualaLumpur so I missed all the excitement.
