Once the toolbar code is checked into SeaMonkey we can do also do
this here. Mozilla Suite is DOA at the moment so we could look at
how PrefBar does it.

We could just steal the code and icons from the MenuX extension
Only problem is we will need to add skin subdirectories to our
jar file (bloat bloat bloat).
