[FirePuddle] status report please

I believe so.

I'm creating a "FireStorm" mozdev.org project based on the bittorrent  
in firefox idea. Its a senior project for a few of us Software  
Engineers at Penn State, but I hope to have the mozdev.org site  
updated with status information. We're still in the middle of  
planning stages, but come the beginning of next year we plan on  
diving head in to the code.
