[Firekeeper] Help - Firekeeper alerts not coming up as alerts

For some reason, the alerts I am getting are not coming in a nice box with
choices.  I am getting the issue in the same tab as the test page.  I
thought TMP might be interfering with it, but I changed all my popup
settings and that didn't affect it at all.  Anyone else have this problem?
How do I fix this?
